DC law says you must be 21 or older to have or use cannabis. We’ll check your ID, so make sure it’s legit. No ID, no service – simple as that.

Cannabis is legal in DC, but you need your medical card to be served.

Whatever you get from us is for you only. No reselling, no giving it to minors, and definitely no taking it across state lines (it’s illegal to carry it into Virginia, Maryland, or anywhere outside DC).

DC law allows you to have up to 2 ounces of cannabis at a time. We won’t give you more than that because we follow the rules.

You can’t smoke, vape, or consume cannabis in public places, including bars, restaurants, sidewalks, or federal land (which is a lot of DC). Use it at home or in a private space.

Seriously—don’t do it. It’s illegal and unsafe. If you’re under the influence, grab a ride, walk, or chill where you are.

Because of the unique DC cannabis laws, we don’t do refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue, though, hit us up and we’ll try to make it right.
